MIRACLE! This is amazing! I used it and slept almost thru the night I usually wake up several times a night and snore. The end night was even better slept thru the night entirely. Smells good easy to use. Highly recommend for those who snore or having clogged breathing passages etc.

My adult daughter asked me to get these for her because she was quitting vaping. In conjunction with tapering nicotine patches, these have been amazing. It gives her something to do with her hands and keeps her breathing deeply. They smell great so I like them too.

Not thrilled about performance

This works ... i always get stuffy in the evening hours and makes it uncomfortable to fall asleep... this has helped that and now i am able to sleep breathing easy and normal. 10/10 recommend... my daughter loved it she swiped one of mine.
